Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience: Dive into this role with at least 12 months of sports development experience under your belt. Organize festivals, tournaments, and recruitment days, and work with diverse age groups in schools. Show your coaching prowess and understanding of community coaches' needs.
- Skills: A rugby, sports, or education background is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is a must, along with exceptional communication skills. A rugby coaching qualification, such as the Tag Leaders Award, is the cherry on top.
- Competencies: Be a team player with a dynamic personality. Motivate yourself and others, communicate effectively, and connect with people of all ages.
- Essentials: Hold a valid UK driving license, pass an enhanced DBS check, and embrace equal opportunities and health and safety responsibilities.
